Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Our commitment
We aim for our digital menus, homepage and admin panels to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we do
- A "Skip to content" link and full keyboard navigation on every page.
- Focus management and Esc-to-close in the product details, waiter call and favourites dialogs.
- Search and filter results announced to screen readers.
- Sufficient text contrast regardless of the venue's brand colour.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences and visible focus indicators.
- On digital menus, the accessibility button in the top bar lets you adjust text size, high contrast, stopping animations, link underlines and readable text spacing; preferences are stored on your device only.
Known limitations
- Alternative text for product images is the product name entered by the venue.
- Menu content and translations are entered by venues, so clarity may vary.
Feedback
If you run into an accessibility problem, contact us through the form on the homepage; mentioning the page and the device or assistive technology you use helps us fix it faster. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
